Sea Worm Jelly originates from my hometown Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, because the main ingredient is sandworms on the mudflats, which are shaped like bamboo shoots and hence the name.It is a traditional snack with hundreds of years of history.Its origin can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty, when fishermen in Quanzhou invented this unique frozen food in order to make use of the seafood they caught.With the passage of time, Tu Bamboo Shoots Jelly has gradually become a specialty snack in Quanzhou area and is popular among the locals.

The first time you taste it, it is usually served with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, garlic and other seasonings, and the boiled soup is frozen into jelly with the crunchy texture of the earth bamboo shoots itself, giving a feeling of melting in the mouth, smooth texture, and unforgettable fresh taste.
